Our speakers include The Honorable David W. Young who sits on the Circuit Court for Baltimore City and is a major voice on behalf of troubled youth and the practices and performance of our juvenile court system; Dr. Jill Farrell who serves as the new Directorof the Juvenile Justice program's Innovations Institute at the University of Maryland;and Diamond Robeson who has been in the DJS and is now a student at Morgan State University and works for youth both locally and statewide. |
