GPEP provides an underprivileged group of individuals access to one of society’s most powerful tools: a college education. GPEP prepares students for a rapid evolving world and workplace, empowering them to participate in social, political and professional endeavors, increasing opportunities for them, their families and communities.
Circle will be used for general operations to support the fifty-eight female students currently in the program.
