To provide a free twice-weekly after-school college prep program to serve Latina girls in grades 10-12 in Baltimore City Public Schools. The program aims to improve school performance via intensive tutoring, cultural experiences, summer internships, and a week-long, college exploration, sleep-away camp at Notre Dame of Maryland University. Students participating in the program's first two years maintained high attendance, and improved their grades.
