Located in Remington, The Community School serves 18-22 students who range in age from 13-18. These teens come from “challenging circumstances” and are students for whom the public school system hasn't worked. The School offers a breadth of learning experiences within a rigorous academic program, beyond the traditional college-preparatory curriculum, and students develop their skills, knowledge, creativity, confidence, intellectual curiosity, and worldview in a safe, supportive, and comfortable environment.
Circle funds will be used into enable the School to remain accessible to any student for whom a small, rigorous and supportive learning environment will help them succeed academically.
