To continue its efforts to ease tension, and reduce youth violence at the Inner Harbor and in downtown Baltimore. In its first three years, Inner Harbor Project has helped decrease the juvenile arrest rate at the Inner Harbor and downtown by 86 percent. All leaders participate in the Hood2Harbor Peace Ambassador Program, designed to defuse disputes before before they escalate, and to spread positivity at the Inner Harbor and downtown. All graduates of the program currently attend institutions of higher learning.
