To provide support services and rental subsidies to homeless or at-risk families from Cockeysville, Pikesville, and Essex/Dundalk. Neighbor-to-Neighbor partners with local government agencies, the faith community, other non-profitsm and area businesses to operate three year-long programs for families: Homeless Prevention assists families about to become homeless; Familiy Stability helps families stay in their homes; and Rapid Rehousing helps people in shelters move quickly to more stable housing.
