How We Work
The BWGC is a member-driven organization that benefits from the talents, expertise, and energies of its dynamic and diverse members. The Circle is led by co-chairs elected every two years by the membership. The Steering Committee, led by the Circle co-chairs, oversees the Circle’s affairs through monthly meetings. The Steering Committee is comprised of the Circle co-chairs, Treasurer, Asst. Treasurer, Secretary, Archivist and the co-chairs of the Circle’s operating committees.

Members of the Circle can choose to serve on one or more of the following committees:
- Membership
